A huge number of gastropods have beautiful shell, and the collections and sale of these shells as gifts might be a threat for these animals (Apte, D.;2004). As slow moving organisms, they are also more susceptible to disturbance and pollutants (Gray, J. S., et al, 1988), and can shows the effect of it after a few time (Rahman, S. and Barkati, S.; 2004).
